After you share your experience and questions with me, I’ll personally read it and reflect on the patterns, emotions, and attachment themes you describe.
You’ll receive a grounded, compassionate response, designed to help you gain perspective and reconnect with your own clarity.
I may direct you to other resources (books, videos, content creators etc) that may help deepen your understanding of your experience.
I may also direct you towards seeking support from other trained health professionals, who may be better suited to supporting you through your experience.

While the Reflect & Reframe Email Session and coaching services are designed to help you reflect deeply, gain perspective, and move toward emotional clarity, there are important boundaries to keep in mind.
These sessions do not include:

Specific advice on what you should do
I’ll guide you toward understanding your patterns, values, and emotional needs, not instruct you on fixed actions. My role is to help you explore choices with awareness, not make them for you.

Diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition
I don’t assess, diagnose, or treat any clinical, psychological condition; such as depression, anxiety disorders, or trauma-related disorders.

Psychological counselling or mental health services
Whilst informed by therapeutic frameworks, this service is coaching and education, not therapy or psychological treatment.

Therapeutic interventions reserved for registered professionals
Approaches like CBT, EMDR, DBT, or trauma therapy are outside the scope of coaching and should be accessed through a licensed mental health practitioner.

Crisis support or acute mental health care
If you’re in distress or unsafe, please reach out to your local crisis service or helpline immediately.
