Your Compatibility Session is a 30 minute online exploration of your goals and healing journey so far. The purpose of this session is to provide you with a cost-effective way to determine if coaching with Talysha is suitable for you.
As with all initial coaching sessions, you have the ability to submit detailed information relating to your circumstance via our intake form (sent after purchase).
This allows you to share your experience in as much detail as you can, so the time during your coaching compatibility session can focus on what you are hoping to achieve.
Compatibility Session Details
30 minute compatibility coaching sessions are delivered via Zoom.
You will receive 2 emails after completing your purchase.
1. Purchase confirmation.
2. A follow-up with scheduling instructions and a questionnaire to complete prior to your session - please check your junk/spam folders.
Available session times are typically early morning (6am-8am) or late afternoon/evening (4pm-7pm)

- What you're struggling with.
- What work you have done so far along your healing journey.
- What you are hoping to achieve via 1-on-1 coaching and if this aligns with Talysha's skill-set

Full coaching service due to time limitations
Diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition
Psychological counselling or mental health services
Therapeutic interventions reserved for registered professionals (e.g. CBT, EMDR, DBT)
Crisis support or acute mental health care
